Absolutely amazing! It was so helpful to have a guide through the Mercado, and the chef took us to try some Peruvian cheeses and chocolates which was so fun! The cooking class itself was stellar, we got to participate in making a multi-course Peruvian meal without feeling like we were put to work too much. His take on the Pisco sour and the ceviches in particular were some of the best foods I have ever tasted. I highly recommend to anyone traveling to Cusco.

Dael is an amazing guide for this class. I cannot recommend it enough. We learned a lot about local fruits and potatoes, made our own delicious pisco sours and had more ceviche than we could eat! This is also a great activity for your first or second day in Cusco, when you are still acclimatizing :)

We were a mixed group of 10 and were shown and participated in the preparation and cooking of Cusco sour, starters mains and desserts.
The course was informative, we were able to ask questions and got to eat our dishes.
Sadly tge market was closed for cleaning the afternoon of our course but I am sure a visit would only enhance tge day.

Dael is a great chef and teacher but most importantly he is an amazing host. We initially gathered as a group of strangers and in no time it felt like I was at my lifelong friends kitchen having drinks, good conversation and great laughs. Most memorable part of my trip to Perú by far!!

We loved this cooking couse from the first moment. The market tour was very informative, so many unknown fruits to try. The cooking was fun and relaxing, Dael is great. I recommend it for anyone who is in Cusco, to taste local ingredients and know about peruvian cooking habits.
