Stop At: Wat Suwan Kuha (Cave Temple), Krasom Subdistrict Thailand
This ancient cave temple is home to a giant golden reclining Buddha. We stop here for a look around before heading to the pier.
The cave and temple grounds are also home to several wild monkeys.

Pass By: Phang Nga Bay., Ao Phang Nga National Park Thailand
Ao Phang Nga includes the biggest area of natural mangrove forests in Thailand. Join us as we take you on a beautiful cruise around Phang Nga Bay.
Stop At: James Bond Island, Thailand
The James Bond Island is perhaps one of the most famous sights in Southern Thailand. Ever since Roger Moore filmed on the island in the early 1970s, tourists have flocked to witness first-hand impressive rock formations and to re-live some of their favorite scenes amongst the beautiful back drop of Phang Nga Bay.

Stop At: Ko Panyi, Ao Phang Nga National Park Thailand
Panyi village is a Muslim stilted fishing village in the middle of the bay. Originally floating, this village is inhabited by the decedents of nomadic travelers who settled in the bay many years ago.
After a quick look around the village, this is the perfect place to stop for dinner.

Well-organised trip which avoids the crowds and allows for a relaxed start to the day. Mhan was an excellent guide and gave us just the right amount of information at the right time, without ever sounding scripted. Nice cruise through the mangroves and Phang Nga bay. Tasty dinner. Just note that the sunset doesn't actually happen while on the water, we were nearly home by then.

The long tail boat ride was great across the waters
We visited James Bond Island 24 years ago and a much better experience The Government has made many changes the views are diapointing You use to walk through the rocksand be struck by how awesomethe view was looking at rising rock formations acroos the water Now you have to climb steep concrete steps and are surrounded by local vendors and a limited view of the one rock synomous with James Bond Disapointing Too touristy
Lunch on the floating island was amazing

This was an outstanding trip. Man, our guide was amazing and looked after us very well. With a small group it was very calm and enjoyable experience. Awesome places with great views, well timed sunset and not many people on James Bond Island, and we were the only ones dining at the fishing village. As it was our honeymoon, we received an unexpected bouquet of flowers and Man made sure we have some romantic photos. We highly recommend this experience and if you get Man as your guide you will be in for a treat.

Fabulous entertaining trip. Our guide 'Man' was interesting, quirky, enthusiastic and helpful.
Just the right amount of time at each stop.
Guide was happy to show us around or let us wander off as we pleased and happy to take photos.
Highly recommended trip at a fair price for what we got.
Just want to mention that we had a superb group of people to travel with x

Had a fantastic day visiting a temple, cruising in a long boat through the mangroves, visiting James Bond island and dinner on the floating island. This experience is well organised with a knowledgeable guide named Boy. There was only 6 guests in this tour so lovely small group. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed. Great driver in air conditioned mini bus and helpful boat driver. Thank you to you all .

We decided on a private tour and it was excellent! We beat the crowds and got to enjoy all the locations without the hustle and bustle. Kiwi and the team were excellent throughout! We had our own private photoshoot on the James Bond island with Kiwi, she was like a professional! Amazing place to visit would highly recommend!

They did it again! Sam and his crew are excellent from start to finish. We used them last year and we were so impressed with their service we wanted to try a new tour. Sam is super fast at responding and helping you figure out how to make things work. We ended up with a private longboat tour to James Bond Island (a very popular place!), but they structured it so we had a tour of the Monkey Temple first, then a long boat ride to the island and then a fascinating tour of a fishing village where we had dinner. Our guide, Kiwi, was amazing. She was fun, energetic, never rushed us, helped me at every turn (I am not super flexible) and even played nurse to me when I got a little car sick. We also got separated due to our friend shopping too much, and she came and found us and never made us feel bad. (Sorry Kiwi!). She took lots of photos and was just as fun as our guide last year. Our driver was excellent, on time to the minute. Sam, you have an excellent team! We will be back again next year. We love Amsterdam, but it loses a bit of magic in the winter, and Thailand gives it back to us.

Cannot fault Discovery Travel. Our guide was called Man, he was very informative and a great sense of humour. The cave temple and ride through the mangroves on a long tailed boat were excellent. The James Bond Island was rather underwhelming, they've basically turned it into a market.
Lastly looking round Panyi Village on stilts was great, and got to watch some of the locals playing 5 aside football. Hilarious when the ball ended up in the water and the had to fish it out. We were then treated to a wonderful meal with so much food and something to suit all tastes.
Only gave this 4/5 because of the disappointment of James Bond Island, but the rest more than made up for it.

Boi is very competent and friendly. It was nice to talk to him about thailand, not only trip-specific information. He is generally a cool guy. All the other workers (driver of boat, bus, etc) were great too, not only doing the bare minimum but really working hard to provide a great experience. Avoiding the crowds worked suprisingly well.
