Picked up from hotel by small mini bus, the crossing was lovely we paid the 200 Baht extra onboard to have full reclining seats and air conditioning, slept till we were passing Phi Phi Leh 🙂

The boat trip was fine but the island is now a tourist trap . The water when leaving the pier is polluted with garbage and the pier itself as you walk you can smell the sewage. The island was jammed pack with so many people and business so it unpleasant to find a nice spot at the beach. The view of the giant rocks and its surroundings is beautiful from the boat. Yes you can get a closer view with a canoe or another boat rental. Overall I feel it’s overrated and you can enjoy beautiful and much clearer waters in the Caribbean or Florida.

the transfer was relaxing, I preferred the 2 hour ride vs the speed boat overall we had a good time. We traveled with a family of 11.

Comfortable, easy with snack bar and good restrooms. Takes about an hour and a half and much more comfortable than the speed boats that take just under an hour.

We used the Phi Pho Cruiser to get to Phi Phi Don from Phuket and back again. The boat is clean and comfortable and booking was a very seamless process. On the way back to Phuket we were offered to book a transfer to our hotel in Naiyang in Phuket which was only 200 baht each - half the price of a grab. This transfer process was very efficient and obviously very well organised. The staff organising it were lovely. Definitely recommend for your transport to Phi Phi and back!

It is a nice way to go from Phuket to Phi Phi. The boat takes a detour around Phi Phi Lea and Maya bay, which is very nice, but adds almost 30 minutes to the sailing time. The upper sun deck is great, and there are restrooms and a bar on a lower deck.
We were told that the ride would arrive to our hotel between 8;00-8:15. In practice it arrived only after 8:35, and the boat only left around 9:15. Fortunately, we were warned about this ahead of time, so were not very stressed.
So very nice touristic experience, but not the fastest or most punctuate.
