A technical and fun course that will allow you in a few hours to know all the secrets for pasta and pizza, taught by a true licensed Mastro Pizzaiolo and Pastaio. If you are not just looking for something cheap to pass the time, but you like to choose the best, you can not miss this incredible social experience.
what we will do?
1) I will come to pick you up at the metro stop (or you can come straight here via taxi/uber but please let us know
2) let's start with preparing the pizzas with one of my beautiful wood-burning ovens!
3) we will prepare 3 types of dough (pasta with eggs, pasta with water, pizza)
4) we will teach you different types of pasta shapes
5) we will prepare 2 pasta dishes with 2 different sauces
6) Taste my famous tiramisu with limoncello
7) we will take you back to the subway station
8) you will receive a summary document of the class (Scan the QR code in the Dining Room)
All this will take place in a bucolic setting, our little wood houses/patio village

One of the coolest experiences in Rome!!!
Marina and Alessandro were really nice and funny.
The class teaches you how to make a truly Napoletan pizza and some kinds of pasta.
Red and white wine and water included.
Amazing limoncello also.
Worth every minute!
I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to do something different for some hours.
You get picked up at the metro station and you are taken to the rural area into a great place.
Don’t be late, otherwise you will pay a significant amount on a taxi.

The Pizza and Pasta making class was an amazing experience with a beautiful secluded scenery, an experienced and thoughtful instructor, and an insight on Italian cuisine. An overall 10/10 experience. I would recommend for couples, families and friends.

Highly recommend this experience! It is taught by a local and it feels like a unique and special way to experience Italy this way. It was about 40 mins from the city of Rome but was worth it to go to the countryside.

Marina was a great host and explained the Pizza and pasta for everyone to understand. Marina showed how easy it as to make a Cache D Pepe and we can’t wait to try it at home. If I am ever in Rome again would definitely go again. Marina was fun to talk to and a fantastic chef.

What a wonderful experience! Very good service, great atmosphere, would come back to Italy just to take the class again. Eduardo was a great teacher and Alesandro drove us safely there and back with even a good laugh here and there. Highly recommend!

Chef Eduardo was quite the character had a great sense of humor the class was fun! It was nice to see the country side of Rome, beautiful rustic location. Getting chartered to and from was so easy and convenient. I rate them a ten out of ten 👍
