Appointment in Taormina, Piazza San Antonio Abate (arch of Porta Catania) at 06:00 pm. Transfer to the sea, included in the price, at "Ahoy Bistró Siciliano". Together with Mimmo you will prepare the dough for the pizza and the whole wheat flour dough for the bread. While waiting for the pizza dough to rise, you will have fun making typical Sicilian Bruschettas with typical local products.
With the father Siciliano, a great local pastry chef, you will learn the art of creating Cannolo, the typical Sicilian dessert. You will learn how to prepare the crunchy shell, used to cover the Cannoli. You will knead with your hands and fry the dough in the particular shape. You will learn how the cream is prepared to fill the Cannoli shell, starting from the traditional ricotta dessert up to the custard.
When the pizza dough has risen, you will roll out the dough, choose the toppings and personally bake the pizzas in the oven.
Finally you can sit with the view of the sea just a few steps away, enjoying your creations of Sicilian Pizza and Cannolo to make your holiday original and unforgettable.
At the end you will be taken back to Taormina centre.

Beautiful experience with a sea view. Mimmo and his father were really very good, making us have a wonderful experience that we will always remember. The pizza we made and the Sicilian cannoli with dad were really good.

We had a wonderful experience with Chef Mimmo. He is so passionate about his teaching and love of Sicilian food! A warm and inviting restaurant! We also met some of his family! Our pizza and cannoli were absolutely delicious!

Everything was really well organised, from the transport down to the pizzeria by the sea to the excellent tuition from Mimmo in a friendly family environment. We learnt a lot and really enjoyed the whole evening. Great fun, would definitely recommend!

Easy to book, and money was taken exactly when the website stated.
Restaurant was easy to find, decor was lovely, and Chef Mimmo was very friendly. We were given clear instructions that were easy to follow. Bruschetta, Pizza and wine were all amazing.
It was a fabulous 3 hours, and I would happily go again! Thank you to Chef Mimmo and his family - I couldn’t recommend this experience enough!
