The park is stunningly beautiful and clean! It was fairly crowded although our guide said it was nothing compared to July/August crowds. My buddy and I were amazed at all the boardwalks over water throughout the park and I was sad the part under largest waterfall was under construction so we couldn’t go that way. Our guide was wonderful and enjoyed the traditional lunch at a local restaurant after.

Terrible tour company - they forgot to add my name to their list. In the morning, all the tour operators have people wait at the central park and come by with a list of names to have them board their car or bus. These buses and cars do not have tour operator names on them and once the list is called, they leave very quickly. By the time 8am (meeting time) came around, everyone had been called except me and the last tour guide did not say I was on their list and just left. I called the number listed on this tour and they said they had not added my name to the list despite seeing my booking and that there was nothing they could do since all the cars and buses had left already. Extremely unreliable tour operator - do not book with them!

Nice day trip from the city. City is so small that doesn’t even take half a day to see the city. So quite happy that I did this day trip that was decently organized, and we got back on time. It was a pretty nice, seeing the lakes and the waterfall.

Already share with your CSR, but useless. It's a scam with the local operator. Not professional at all!

The intensely challenging, harried tour seemed focused on accomplishing a physical task more than it did an eye popping experience through a unique opportunity to view the environment we were in. It involved predominantly taking on the planked up and down trail. There are surprisingly few waterfalls. They are a small part of the view. Would be best to be aware that its physical aspect is far more than the experience in nature.crowded as any place in a city bustling square. Have narrowed road construction halts both directions involving up to 45 minute stops didn’t help.

Marko was a great guide (our driver was excellent as well), very informative and organized as we were able to cover both the beautiful upper and lower lakes during our time. We also had a pit stop at a lovely little village on our way there. Marko was very accommodating (allowing us to stop and take photos, went at a slow enough pace to keep all of us together) and included two boat trips given availability since the park wasn’t as crowded in mid-October. He indicated he customized the tour based on the time of the year and size of the group (there were 19 of us), which was very thoughtful. I could only imagine how busy (and hot!) it would have been during the peak summer season! After 4 1/2 to 5 hours in the park, we stopped for a nice lunch around 3 pm at a local restaurant, which had an extensive menu. I had packed a sandwich to eat so wasn’t quite that hungry, but had a bowl of cream of mushroom soup that Marko recommended - delicious! We also had a fun, multi-lingual server! I had originally debated about taking this tour though I am so glad I did! Highly recommend it and if you need a way to travel from Zagreb to Split, this is an extra bonus (many of our your group did this - they take care of your luggage and drop off at hotels).
