Discover the only pineapple plantation planted in glass greenhouses and learn about the cultivation process.

Stop At: Vista do Rei Miradouro, Sete Cidades, Sao Miguel 9555-000 Portugal
Considered as one of the seven wonders of Portugal, this is a viewpoint where the most famous lakes of the Azores can be admired. The blue and green lake, are without a doubt a unique and magical sight.
Duration: 15 minutes
Stop At: Caldeira das Sete Cidades, From Ponta Delaga 10 km, Sao Miguel 9240-113 Portugal
Inside the Sete Cidades volcano you will have the opportunity to explore the the parish, visit the São Nicolau church or stroll along the blue lagoon's edge. The return is made after the lunch break, which you can join as an option.
Duration: 50 minutes
Stop At: Miradouro da Ponta do Escalvado, En1-1a, Varzea, Sao Miguel 9500-000 Portugal
Viewpoint at altitude above the coast from where you can admire the huge cliffs and the black rocks of the Mosteiros islets. This will be the last point before returning to Ponta Delgada.
Duration: 10 minutes
Stop At: Ponta Delgada, Ponta Delgada, Sao Miguel, Azores
The return to the starting point is done after the lunch break of the other travelers, if that is the case

We guarantee pickup for all travelers at the Ponta Delgada cruise terminal. We will be inside the cruise terminal, holding a sign with your name on it. - Cruise passengers are responsible for finding their guide by looking for their name on the signs, please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the tour. - For cruise ships that dock before 9:00 am, the tour starts at 9:00 am. - For cruise ships docking after 9:00 am, the start time of the excursion will be adjusted to after docking. - This activity is exclusively for cruise ship passengers. The island was interesting enough to make you want to return. We booked a tour to the Blue &Green Lakes. The tour was excellent and very informative. Unfortunately, the flowers were not in bloom yet!

The views were great and our guide Henry gave an excellent talk. our van had about 15 to 20 people which was comfortable group to be with. Surprisingly the pineapple farm was really interesting and how they grow their special pineapples

This was a wonderful tour. It was a bit overcasted but our tour guide Henry, was so knowledgeable of all the towns we drove through and with our driver they were able to show us so much of the area and we were able to take pictures with breathtaking views. I highly recommend this tour. Pay close attention or you will miss the one and only traffic light 😂

Duarte was a great guide. Friendly and kind and took time to show us the attractions. This was a beautiful tour and we had great weather. We had a stop for restroom break and a coffee too. I felt we got a great view of Sete Cidades and the drives there and back we saw much of the West Island.

OMG our tour was just amazing! Our tour guide Joao picked us up at a pre arranged location holding a sign with my name on it! Hid van was spotlessly clean. Joao spoke perfect English and told us many many stories along the way. Touring was so much better than the large busses I saw a long the way with 80 people on board.
Make sure you book this trip in the Azores!

This was a great tour to see a lot in a short period of time. Our drivers were wonderful and explained SO much of what we were seeing and answered all of our questions. It was extremely foggy the day we went, so did not have a good view of the lakes. The drivers went out of their way to take us to two additional sites to make up for it! Would recommend checking the weather at the top before heading out.
