Itinerary
Let's play with mud! You will be able to learn everything about this wonderful material that is clay, we are going to knead the clay, mold it and give it life, you will be able to choose between learning a manual technique or practicing on the pottery wheel. Here we have everything you need, the cost of the classes includes the material for a medium piece and the burning of the piece made in class, it takes at least 5 days to wait for the piece to dry and take it to the oven. To finish a well painted, detailed and baked piece requires more than one class, we can plan your classes according to your available time. You can also come alone to experiment with clay, it is not necessary to finish a piece, that is in case you can only attend once and do not have time to wait for the burning. You can come alone or with friends, you will be able to meet other travelers or local people in the classes. If you don't speak much Spanish, no problem, the teacher speaks a little English. I only ask you to book your class at least one day before, you can also send us a message on WhatsApp+591 71794024.
Recommendation: bring clothes that you don't worry about getting dirty, here we have aprons but sometimes one gets dirty.

I enjoyed making a completed product from clay. It was a learning experience in the process of making ceramic products.

Althought the instructor was quick to answer messages she would not agree to honor what the internet said about materials being included and wanted to charge me extra even though I wanted to book three classes. I don't recommend this business because it is clear the owner is stubborn and only interested in collecting money, not creating art and memories. It would have cost 150 sol plus whatever extras she wanted to charge to make a small project, much too expensive.

Work at your own pace with great instruction. Teacher speaks very good English as well as her native Spanish. Bring home something special from Bolivia ... something made by your own hands.
