We will be visiting the Karlin district, a formerly industrial, now gentrified neighborhood of Prague with young tech people and great food. Think Bushwick, Brooklyn. All the skinny jeans and facial hair you can handle!

What an informative and enjoyable tour! I learned so much about the history of Prague and the development of the cuisine due to cultural influences. Our guide was very proud of her city and enthusiastic about sharing her knowledge of the cuisine culture of Prague. The variety was amazing. A lot of bang for your buck with this tour!

Great guide that required use of both tram and subway systems. Food was varied and represented Prague food choices. Would recommend

I enjoyed hearing about life in communist times. Would like to hear more on Czech food. I think a commentary on the food etc.. while we walked to each place with everyone having a headphone would be great

Marketa ( Peggy) was awesome! She was such an authentic human being, she was honest and matter of fact about Prague’s history and their efforts to reinvent themselves post-communism. She was more than willing to answer questions about living in Prague pre-and post- the fall of the Soviet Union. She was genuinely interested in the tour participants and it put everyone in a relaxed sociable mood. Her personality and vibe encouraged tour participants to talk and get to know each other without feeling forced. We were able to try restaurants that did not have any availability for us individually which was absolutely awesome! I cannot recommend this tour more. This tour was absolutely fantastic!

I have participated in many food walking tours, but this one with Carolena exceeded all expectations. Do yourself a favor and book the tour! You will not be disappointed. Not only is the food beyond your imagination, but the experience, the conversations and information shared by Carolena gave us the pleasure of truly experiencing a bit of life in Prague through her. She is a wealth of helpfulness and positive energy. The kind of person you could spend hours with and never get bored with. Thank you for a most amazing day. You are a gift!
