Natural Xpá: Two lazy rivers and walk-through sauna.

Traveler pickup is offered
- During the booking, please choose Pickup Location and then select the radio button saying "Please pick me up at" and choose "I don't see my pickup location" from the drop-down then type the hotel name on the box underneath so that we can easily locate your hotel pickup.
- We would like to make it comfortable for you so we will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
-In case your accommodation is not a hotel you must indicate your exact address including street name, outside number, interior number, county, postal code and city.
- To know the exact time and meeting point you must send a message thry the option on your reservation, or must call us at least 24 hours prior to the visit date purchased.
- Let us know if you are not in need of transport.
- We cannot assure your pickup at a hotel where you are not a guest considering that some hotel's policies, not allow visitors to access at the property.
- The guides will be dressed in red t-shirts with our logo on the back for easy identification. The guides will say the tour name out loud.
- Priority Access: Upon your pickup, please present your printed or digital voucher and photo ID to allow you to board the bus. On the bus you will obtain the bracelet for entering into the park skipping the ticket office line.
- If at the time you purchase the ticket you do not have the hotel yet, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
- You must be 10 minutes early at the assigned location.
- Transportation service is not private so you will share the bus with some other visitors of Grupo Xcaret.

Child prices are height dependent. Children over 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the adult price. Children between 3.2 feet (1 meter) and 4.6 feet (1.4 meters) pay the child price. All children under 3.2 feet (1 meter) travel free provided they do not occupy a seat.
It is recommended that you bring comfortable lightweight clothing, walking shoes or sneakers, biodegradable sunblock, a swimsuit and towel, and an extra change of clothing.
Infants 0 to 4 years are Free of charge.
Important: Children must be accompanied by an adult all the time.
The Voucher schedule is informative.
Tours and days of operation are subject to availability and changes.
The pickup operates from different hotels in Cancun, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya so the pickup time will vary depending on the location of your hotel. We will pick you up at your hotel or at the nearest point available in our routes.
If at the time of completing your purchase you do not have the name of the hotel, you must contact the Customer Service Viator staff at least 24 hours prior to the visit to the park to help you to coordinate the pickup with us.
Please confirm the exact time and meeting point using the message option in your Reservation or contacting Grupo Xcaret.
All requests for changes, cancellations and/or refunds on bookings must be in the 24-hour or more window prior to the visit date.
We accept changes in visit dates from one month to the next (valid until the current year and subject to changes in public tariffs)
We accept changes of visit dates from one day to another with the restriction of one day before.
In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transportation or to enter our facilities.

The park had very interesting exhibits. It was a lot smaller than I thought it would be. The bird flight was less than a minute, both the water river and the mud river were a good length, but were too shallow for me to comfortably float, and the rain exhibit felt more like a car wash since water sprayed from all directions. The town was awesome and definitely my favorite part. We skipped the dark exhibit because you were required to remove your shoes and then walk a good distance on a hot walkway afterwards and my feet are too sensitive for that.

This park was amazing. The way they play with your senses is incredible. They have a pitch dark tunnel where you move based on touch, sound and smell. It is TOTALLY worth it. They have a town where it looks like you are going up hill but feels you are going down hill. The flight of the bird zip line and the slide was really fun. Definitely to enjoy with your whole family.

Xenses was absolutely beyond incredible. There were so many crazy new things to try and experience. I wasn't going to get in the mud river because I didn't want to get all dirty and. friend talked me into it! So glad I tried everything!!!!

Fun for all ages !
We felt like children .
The dark walk was an experience and pushed some limits!
The town is hilarious and we couldn’t stop laughing.
The photo package is a must and well worth it.
It’s a half a day trip .
I nearly drowned on the slide as I didn’t come up because it was so fast ! But the life guard was on the ball and saved me - staff were trained in first aid too !

We went on this trip by accident. I thought we booked another one but it was a happy accident a serious sensory experience that I got to enjoy it with my husband.! Very unique and cool. I don’t wanna spoil the fun and experience but this is definitely one you’ll have to try.

The upside down town was really mind blowing.... still cant quite work it out. streams running the wrong way, the clouds been lower than the building. WEIRD!!!!!!

This was an amazing experience! We have done Xcaret park before and loved it, so we wanted to try another one! This was such a fun time. Great for a family or couples! They have great photo opportunities and experiences to challenge your senses. Hence the name! Definitely would go again!

The park itself was AMAZING. So much to experience with all senses! My favorite was the 5 senses tunnel that was pitch black and you were required to use all other senses to truly dig into yourself and enjoy the experience!
I'd also like to express my love and appreciation for the Xenses staff and patrons alike for helping me when my husband slipped and fell backwards, hitting his head on the concrete walking out of the Xauna area of the water experiences. I ran through the hallways yelling for help and 5 patrons of the park came to our aid to help put pressure on the open wound in the back of his head. Another park attendee held my hand and kept me calm as we got him out to the open air for the paramedics to assist.
The emergency care staff on site were top notch to say the very least. The park took is by ambulance to their contracted emergency hospital off-site where my husband received x-rays, CT scan for concussion examination and 6 stitches.
The level of care and attention was by far the best I've even experienced!
Thank you so much for taking care of my husband and myself. Our first time in Mexico and I promise, not only the park being amazing, but the level of customer service and care we received will guarantee our return and our urging everyone we know to experience the XCaret parks!
Xenses itself was my favorite park we went to this trip!
Thank you again to all of the staff that helped us. I am forever grateful to you all!

The experiences in this park were truly one of a kind. I did not know what to expect but it was worth every second. This park really tests your imagination and gives you experiences found in no other place. There is something to do around every corner of the park. My advice is to go with an open mind and be ready to be amazed!!!
