Airport Arrival transfer
Upon your arrival, a professional driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall and holding a sign with the lead traveler's name printed on it. The driver will be tracking your flight, so if your flight is delayed or set for an early arrival, they will make sure to be available for you. After meeting your driver, head to the private vehicle awaiting you outside.

We were met at the airport by Stephen who was amazing! He greeted us, took our bags. As we were driving, we had a wonderful conversation about Edinburgh! It was informative, funny, and easy. This company is excellent on every level and I highly recommend them. After a long long flight - it was so nice to feel pampered!

I want you to know how very disappointed I am with this service. I was told to wait for the driver by the Starbucks. Starbucks no longer exists and is now Black Sheep Coffee. I stood there for 20 minutes walking around in circles looking for my driver going up to complete strangers asking if they were my driver. I then attempted the messages to the tour operator and no answer. I proceeded to call Viator to contact the driver. Only after doing this about 35 minutes later did the driver magically appear. He then proceeded to rush me and my special needs mother to his parked car in the arrivals car park area that we needed to be quick because he didn’t want to get a ticket. Had I been told to wait for the driver in the arrivals car park I would have gladly walked there at my own pace and met him there but this is not what I was instructed to do.
The tour operator is claiming they did not have the correct number for me but had the tour operator done their due diligence ahead of schedule and given me the proper up to date instructions I would’ve updated them with my correct number, which was missing my area code.

Gordon, our driver, was spot on. He was punctual and helpful and was delightful to talk with.
As this was only an airport transfer there’s not much more to say except that we will definitely use the service again in the future.

Our driver was there with a sign with my name. He drove us to our Airbnb and even got out and searched for it when it wasn't where he thought it would be. I would recommend.

Our driver was early, courteous and was an amazing tour guide...even though he didn't have to be... told us many tips and stories while taking us to our destination. Worth every penny!!

Very helpful to have this planned out so when we arrived (very tired) we were able to get to our hotel without having to make any decisions about public transportation. Our driver called when we landed, had a sign with our last name and helped with baggage. The only con was the long walk to the car but not the end of the world. Overall, a very good experience!

Steven picked us up at the airport when we arrived and took us back to the airport to fly home. It was a great experience! Steven was very personable and talkative. He gave us very good ideas on what my brother and I should see/do on our long weekend in Edinburgh. I would definitely hire him again.
