If you cannot find your driver, call them Please switch on your mobile phone right after landing and check for the SMS with your driver's mobile phone number, which you should have received 20 minutes before pickup. If you cannot reach your driver Please visit Self-Service Centre to track the GPS location of your driver or chat with our Operations Support Team.

As a solo traveller who was not familiar with Honolulu airport, trying to find my driver was an ordeal. The instructions on where to meet the driver were not clear and after 12 hours of travelling, the driver had me walking all over the airport with two suitcases trying to find him. There wasn’t even an apology for the inconvenience when I finally found him.
Really disappointing way to start my long awaited holiday, won’t be booking again.

There was no information at all for us to be able to fond our driver. We spent a long time trying to sort it out. Sadly when we tried calling, no one spoke English to us. They kept repeating the same information over and over even after we said we did not understand. At the end of it, our ride was not even the same vehicle/driver for the information that was provided to us. Was not a pleasant start to our vacation

Do NOT use them. They are a chinese third party company where they just ring in uber drivers to pick you up. When I made the purchase online it stated a driver would be waiting for us with our names at arrival. Driver never showed up so we called some oversea number where someone barely spoke English. Finally someone called us back and after confirming with the driver, they are indeed an Uber driver being ordered by another person. Because I purchased a roundtrip, I am now trying to cancel the return but they are impossible to get a hold of. just hire your own Uber driver. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

Driver was very nice. The vehicle was an old ford ranger p/u with no back seats but a little fold down seat behind driver. My husband tried to sit back there and barely fit.

Worse service I ever experienced in my entire life, poor communication on the pick up and no location for pick up until I had to e mail 3 times for the pick up area, each time I asked I got a different story where the driver was, I asked what kind of car and license plate to look for, finally I got the info and all the time car was sitting there, but they always they said it was on route, I ask the driver she said she canceled our ride and I said I waiting right here, she should asked us our names. Then she told I was lying and drove away, thank god for Uber. If you are coming to hawaii don’t use this company.
