Once you have picked up your luggage you may walk straight out of the airport and meet your driver who will be waiting for you at the end of the exit hall holding a sign with your name and company's logo on it. High Quality Transport staff were excellent from time off pick up till our return. We had our own driver, no one else in our van, both ways. This is our second time using them and we highly recommend them. I usually don’t write reviews, but this one really deserves my time!!!

Our driver Ismael was amazing! We did a round trip private airport transfer, and he was there waiting for us when we arrived at the airport and also he was there bright and early for our departure from the resort back to the airport. Both rides were smooth and comfortable. Ismael made us feel VERY welcomed and safe the entire time. We will highly recommend and will 100% for sure use this transportation service again. The taxi company as easy to find right outside the airport as they had a sign with my name. And within 5 mins, we were off to our hotel in a comfy ac car.

Our service was excellent! The driver got us to our resort sooner than expected. I even forgot my backpack in the vehicle out of excitement and when I realized that I forgot to take it, our resort called their customer support, the driver got my backpack back intact and quickly! Thank you so much for their honesty! I would definitely recommend them to anyone traveling to Punta Cana!

I decided to book my transfer through Viator because I've used them for activities many times. With HQT my pickup was great, there was someone at the pickup location to assist with information about my driver's ETA. My driver was courteous. Return trip was seamless, Pedro communicated with me and was on time. If needed, their support team responds in a timely manner as well. Thank you for taking the stress out of getting to and from my hotel.
