We can describe the drive from CDG to Paris in one simple sentence: Our driver drove like a maniac and we thought we were going to die!
To give some more details, the speed limit was 110 km but he drove between 140 and 150 km weaving in and out of traffic. When I told him to slow down, he had to use his cell phone (while driving too fast) to translate. He finally did slow down. When we arrived at our hotel, he indicated there was bottled water for us but it turns out there was only one bottle of water and it was half empty.
I will be giving a review of the drive from Paris to CDG and it is much better.

Courteous and friendly driver. He was very hpful in assisting my daughter who curreniuses a wheelchair. Car was clean and roomy and the ride to the hotel was smooth. My daughter is an adult. The options for who was with you don't offer this option. That needs to be expanded.

It's nice to have the transfer already scheduled especially after flying all night, it's the last thing you want to worry about. Driver was there with our name on his phone and helped with the luggage.

Our driver, Steven, was excellent! He communicated before our flight where he would meet us, and after we landed to ensure we could find him.
Steven drove us into Paris via the scenic route to avoid the rush hour traffic, so we could see many of the sites- Champs des Elysses, Arc de Triumphe and Eiffel Tower. He was a wealth of Paris information and we thoroughly enjoyed our time with him.
The whole experience was both professional and memorable!

The driver’s car smelled awful. We had to open windows to escape smell and he spoke no English. Because of delays beyond the drivers control. The 1 hour trip took 2& 1/2 hours.

The pickup was easy, the driver very friendly and he helped with our large luggage. Also, we found this very affordable, more than a taxi or Uber, but well worth it!
