Pickup Details
Upon arrival the driver will meet you as you leave the security doors heading towards the baggage claim area with a name sign. If you cannot find your driver please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. Give the voucher to the driver.

No one showed up. I’m still fighting for refund. The local tour operator listed on my confirmation said they didn’t do business with Carmel or Viator. We were left of airport curb for 1.5 hrs and ended up spending 4x what our transfer rate was just to get to our hotel and I still don’t have the $72.00 I paid Viator.

Our driver was waiting for us, collected our bags, set us up with water, and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Just exactly what we wanted upon arriving travel-tired later in the day. He was delightful and we would happily use your company again!

Brian picked us up at KOA airport and drove us to the Hilton Waikoloa. He was so knowledgeable and gave us great tips for exploring the big island.
