you will need to provide your flight details and your destination or hotel address so that we have accurate information to meet you at the proper pickup point and get you to the correct destination. The type of vehicle you ordered will arrive shortly before your scheduled pickup time so you will have plenty of time to get your luggage. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking, and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Price is per group, based on three passengers per sedan, five per sports utility vehicle or six per van. It's that easy!

Pickup Details
Departure Point: Upon arrival and after retrieving all your luggage go outside and cross over to the middle island. The driver will meet you between Sign Number 1 and Number 2. If you cannot find your driver please call and tell the operator you are holding a pre-paid voucher. Follow the operator's instructions. You will be picked up within minutes of your call. Late, non working A/C, Low Fuel lights flashing . We had to stop to get gas on our way or wouldn’t have made it to our destination. Car was nothing that was advertised on website, not even close . Paid $ 180. For 30 mile trip that was unnerving and it was Mother’s Day just myself and daughter. I will never use this company again and would be very careful about booking.

I did not use your service and your greed charged me anyway. Already explained my story to customer care and they did not care. The booking was cancelled within minutes of being made because it was made in error. The booking was done from a plane 1 hour before landing while showing a passenger how it could be done.

Our booked car service was not at the airport as the app stated when reserved and I did not get an email asking me to contact the car service until the day we flew from Michigan to Hawaii (two flights = 11+ hours with no cell phone service in the air). Once at the airport, we waited at the designated area with our luggage and there was no one. I contacted the phone number on my reservation confirmation to be transferred a few times and then learn our hotel was not located within the price listed on the app that I received a confirmation for. I was told that I would either need to pay a much higher fee, or contact Viator directly to cancel. After being up for almost 40+ hours without sleep and flying for nearly 11 hours, we were very disappointed.

Two days prior to our pick up, i called to confirm that our transport was in place. I was told that once we have our bags, call and the driver will be there.
Apparently, the local operator had attempted unsuccessfully to contact me re the incorrect airport code and left a message related to the fee. We called after collecting our bags and were told that there was a problem w the airport code (?????) So,mehow As a result, there was no driver waiting. We called Viator and Carmel, waited an hour and then hired uber.
When people are travelling, leaving an email or text is not sufficient. Often there is no access. Direct phone contact is required.
I was very dissatisfied at the disconnect between Viator and the local operator. After a long day of travelling, there is nothing worse than your carefully planned way in advance pick up.

Your host will be in touch with you from the day of your departure from the airport of your origin until the moment when you are landed at your destination airport and picked your luggage. A few minutes later after the that you will be in the car riding to your destination, quick and convenient. That was an outstanding experience. Thank you, Viators!
