Prior to your travel date, your Hotel and Flight details MUST be advised to your driver so they may allocate your transfer. If you do not indicate this at the time of booking, you will be required to call and advise them of this information directly. The contact details will be on your voucher once you have a confirmed booking.
Oversized or excess luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) will only be carried at the discretion of the driver and may be subject to an additional charge. Please label luggage including full address. No responsibility is accepted by the driver for loss or damage to luggage, personal and/or valuable items

Perfect! Had our name on a digital sign when we were exiting the airport. We had a nice air conditioned van with the correct car seats for our kids already in it. Our driver was extremely friendly and knew exactly where to go and loved chatting with him.

Sonny and team were excellent! The drivers were timely and waiting right in the public area of the airport with a sign with our name, then took our bags and drove us right to the resort. Even provided a car seat for my little one. Then handed me a card with my pickup time from my resort on my return trip, and they were right on time once again. Very friendly and helpful

Relaxing, able to enjoy watching the towns, we didn’t get loss. Had the pleasure of learning the value of being a tourist.
If I ever return, I will contact this service. They were there when we arrived. They were on time to bring us back to the airport
