Excellent experience. The staff was super friendly and were there to ensure the group had a good time. They constantly served us drinks from the open bar. They also had a photographer on board (for an extra cost to keep pictures). Boat itself was nice with plenty of room to sit and had a bathroom on board. For the 4 hour tour you do not have much time to do both snorkeling and Isla Mujeres. Only negative was the transportation they organized ran late and made us wait nearly an hour to go home. Overall 9/10

Good people great time very thoughtful of best use of time for our group given we had small children. A time we will never forget!
