Plenty of room for our group of 9 . Food was excellent. Staff was very accommodating and fun . The fish are not abundant in the snorkeling area . It was still a beautiful place to swim and paddleboard . I would recommend the boat to have towels accessible for every person . We paid a lot of money and would have appreciated a towel after our water time . Also , we were not offered the opportunity to fish . We did ask upon boarding the boat were never given the option during the trip . All in all it was a very enjoyable day but could use a few small improvements to make it 5 star .

We had the very best day with Byron, Christian, and Gilbert. Caught two fish that they cooked and added to the already fantastic meal! They even accommodated our food allergies. Great drinks, music, and fun. We had plenty of time to fish, relax, play in the water, and enjoy the sunset. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and interesting to talk to. Highly recommend this company and especially this crew! Ask for them for your next charter, I know we will!!

We booked this for a family vacation, with participants between the ages of 7 and 73. From the moment we stepped on the boat, the crew was attentive to our every need. The food and bar was great. But, more importantly, the crew clearly new the area and how best to maximize our snorkeling, touring, and sunset experience on what turned out to be a very windy day. Definitely a highlight of our trip.

We had the most amazing morning with Gilbert, Byron, and Christian! They were so attentive and helpful and made our private boat ride wonderful! We fished, snorkeled, floated on the lily pad, paddle boarded and cruised! The crew served the fish we caught and all of the food was outstanding! This was the highlight of our trip! They also arranged transportation to/from our hotel! We will definitely book next time!

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our anniversary. The crew was very happy, helpful, and accommodating to our every need. We booked a full day and so glad we did! It was such a relaxing day of swimming, snorkeling and paddle boarding to a remote beach. The food the crew cooked was amazing! One of the best vacation experiences we’ve had! So much better having a boat to yourself than being crammed in with 99 strangers just to see sunset. Check in process at the marina was easy. Just a short drive from Tamarindo. Thanks to the Lupe Blu crew for making our anniversary so special!

We had an amazing excursion on the Lupo Blue with Byron, Chris, and Gilbert. The crew was very friendly, courteous, and fun. Experiencing Costa Rica from the ocean is an experience not to be missed. Booking a private charter vs a crowded, group boat is worth every penny with the extra attention and control over the day. We can’t recommend the Ocean Life tour highly enough and we also can’t wait to visit Playa Flamingo again for our next adventure!!

We charted the yacht in the morning to take 8 of us out fishing and snorkeling. Everything was looked after, we were picked up first thing in the morning at our hotel and transported to the marina in Flamingo. The transportation was very comfortable and spacious. Once we got to the yacht the staff introduced themselves and helped us board and we were on our way. The boat was lovely, everything you would want for a comfortable cruise. Gilbert was our host and catered to our needs, we went for lack of nothing. Our Captain, Byron, found a great spot to fish and in no time at all we had a tuna on one of the lines. Jonathan, the third member of the crew, very efficiently helped us get the fish reeling in and on the boat for pictures. After fishing the Captain took us to a lovely beach to snorkel and swim while the crew made us lunch. I cannot say enough about the lunch the crew served us, fabulous. They made sushi with the black tuna and grilled jack medallions with our catch and served it along with the rest of the delicious lunch. I would highly recommend chartering this boat if you have a group of people, you will not be disappointed. Byron, Gilbert and Jonathan, the crew, were amazing and made our boat tour a morning to remember. Thanks guys. Hope to do this again ❤️

We had a group of family and friends on a half day private fishing and snorkelling tour. Caught two fish and the crew cooked them for us for lunch, served with an amazing spread. The crew was very accommodating.

Fishing, playing in the ocean, drinks, wonderful lunch, beautiful sunset, and great new friends, all during this incredible 6+ hour private charter trip. Crew is awesome!
