For visitors to Neuschwanstein Castle, it is recommended to set out from their accommodation around 7:00 - 7:30 in the morning to allow enough time for the journey and purchasing tickets on-site. Even though it's possible to buy tickets online, during peak times they often sell out. However, the likelihood of successfully purchasing tickets on-site with an early arrival is high. In the event that tickets are sold out, there's no need for despair. Visitors can still enjoy the beautiful surroundings for a stroll and view the castle from the outside, for example, by walking across the nearby bridge.

Experience is cleverly worded to sound like a tour, but is literally just a driver and car at three times the rates of similar services. Tickets are not included for anything and that fact is hidden behind needing to expand the services provided. Driver did not take us to one of the mentioned locations, nor did he even know what it was, contrary to the description of being knowledgeable about the area. Would actively dissuade from this service, beyond just not recommending.

Driver was excellent. Spoke good English. Met us at the agreed locations ontime for pickups. Assisted us in buying the tickets. Trip went very smooth. Recommended an awesome Greek restaurant after trip.
