Get an early start at 5am with pickup from your hotel in Delhi, Gurgaon, or Noida, or from the airport. Relax in your private air-conditioned vehicle as your driver takes the express highway to the sacred cities of Vrindavan and Mathura. Expect to arrive in Vrindavan at about 7:30am and meet your local guide. After a short briefing, set out to see the city where the young Krishna is said to have lived. Visit Shri Bankey Bihari Temple, the most famous temple of Lord Krishna. This temple represents the devotion and love for Sri Radhe-Krishna by Swami Haridas ji. Lord Krishna’s idol itself is the personification of the blessings of the Lord on His very dear devotee. You'll also get to take part in Shringar Aarti and have contemplative time in the temple.

Prem Mandir is a large spiritual complex dedicated to Shri Krishna and located on the outskirts of Vrindavan. This massive white-colored temple with blue sky in the backdrop paints a serene picture and is capable of enticing anyone. Check out the 40-foot wide Circumambulation route that begins at the main entrance of the temple.

Stop At: Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple Complex, Janam bhoomi Marg, Mathura 281001 India
The Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple complex is the main pilgrimage spot in Mathura and the focal point of Lord Krishna legend. Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple is built around the prison cell in which Lord Krishna was born after his parents Mata Devaki & Vasudeva were imprisoned by his evil uncle Kansa. It is believed that there was a massive idol of Krishna, over 4m tall and made of solid gold, which was stolen during an attack by Mahmud of Ghazni. The present Krishna Janmasthan Temple complex is fairly new. Inside, visitors will find paintings of scenes from Krishna’s life, idol of Krishna, Balrama and his beloved, Radha, and a stepped water tank.

Taj Mahal (a Unesco World Heritage Site) - is widely considered the most beautiful building in the world. Built by Shah Jahan as a memorial for his third wife, Mumtaz Mahal, who died giving birth to their 14th child in 1631. In total, some 20,000 people from India and Central Asia worked on the building. Specialists were brought in from as far away as Europe to produce the exquisite marble screens and pietra dura (marble inlay work) made with thousands of semiprecious stones. Just immerse yourself in its amazing architecture, history, and beauty. The magical allure of the Taj Mahal shall definitely be the highlight of your tour.

After a memorable day, travel back to Delhi / Gurugram / Noida (airport/hotel/any other desired location) which will take you around 3 hours. This is a tour for those interested in India’s rich cultural history and intense spiritual devotion. In sixteen hours I visited four temples related to Krishna, two Mughal mausoleums, a carpet weaving facility, a jeweler, an immense fort of red sandstone and the Taj Mahal. I’d never seen anything like the scenes inside the temples we went to - instead of just being hustled from one touristy place to another, I got to observe authentic Hindu ceremonies in small villages. Mahesh, my guide, was knowledgeable and friendly and accommodated lots of last minute requests by adding stops on the tour. Our driver Hari was solid, I never waited outside in the heat for more than 30 seconds before he was there. Good way to see a lot on a short schedule!

This was amazing! Private driver was great, cold water, snacks, provided in the car, stops anywhere I asked, very comfortable, the guide was very knowledgeable and this whole day was awesome. Honestly, highly recommend this, visiting temples and villages was best experience in India and this was life changing day for me. Of course seeing Taj Mahal was great too but honestly for me the villages where a lot more interesting and experience like no else. This was very smooth and accommodating tour.
