This trip is amazing and well worth the money spent. We were treated so kindly by both our guide and driver, who wanted to make sure that we enjoyed ourselves. Our driver was a "pro." Driving in traffic in India is a challenge and he safely delivered us to and from. Our guide was knowledgeable and kind. The beauty of southern India speaks for itself. What a long but extraordinary day!

Great experience. We were picked up at the appointed time from the hotel. In addition to the places indicated in the advertisement, we also visited an elephant ride, the guide Shaji listened to our wishes and was very polite and professional, he told many interesting details about the area. He also helped us organize a further trip to another city. Without a doubt, I can recommend this experience to anyone who wants to visit the tea plantations of Munnar.

The very knowledgeable Jude took us on the best tour of the Spice and Tea Plantation plus Tea Musuem we could ever hope for, thank you so much Jude. Along with the skillful driving of Martin we really loved our fabulous day truly exploring this Munnar area of Gods place on Earth. The scenery was amazingly beautiful and the information at the Spice plantation, the tea plantation and tea museum were exemplary. We also enjoyed a delicious authentic breakfast and lunch. It was the best tour we have done in India and we highly recommend you doing it. Aldo if you get Jude and Martin you will be very lucky.

Travelling from Kochi to Munnar is a though ride. It takes round about 4h each direction, thus you spend like 8h in a car. Here and there you make stops and visit a spice & herbs tour and tea museum and of course the main destination the tea plantage. Take care in the spice and herbs tour what you buy in the shop afterwards. We wanted to buy a painkiller, but the specific herb was not shown in the ingredients list. SO check the ingredients always. The tea museum was good and you can enjoy a quick tea as well as buy some souvenir teas. The tea plantage walk was very short, although the expectation was that it will be the main attraction. Our driver and guide was cool indeed. However overall I cannot recommend travelling a one-day tour. Take it easy, drive to Munnar with Uber and stay there for at least a day and do some hiking.

Trip to Munnar was really enjoyable, multiple stops on way for food and sightseeing. Munnar itself was stunning, really worth visiting. Drive back was around 4 hours, it is a long way but worth it if you can manage the journey.

This is a must visit place! In spite of it was a challenge to visit Munnar in just one day our guides maked it really easy and pleasure. They teached and showed us the keralan way of live and resolved our doubts and questions about the malayalam culture. Jude is a guide really experienced and prepared. We learned a lot of things about India’s religions, ecomonomy, history and of course FOOD! Highly recommended.

A wonderful day and so worth the time to get there! The pickup by our fantastic guide, Shaji was right on time and from the get go, he was knowledgeable, friendly and spoke perfect English. All along the way he educated us about the area and was flexible with the timing of our stops (we take a lot of pictures!). The van was big and comfortable with plenty of water on hand. Plus, the driver, Vibin, was so good a driver you felt perfectly safe and relaxed. As you travel to the mountains, the scenery is beautiful, with stops at waterfalls (and monkeys nearby) and the spice garden where a guide expertly pointed out the various plants and uses. Upon arrival at the tea plantation, the factory was closed, but our guide rallied and we did an elephant ride instead! Once you get to the plantations you will be amazed at the beauty of the hillsides and the scope of how far these plantations go. The return trip included a really nice lunch and a stop at a beautiful beach so we were able to stretch and get our feet wet in the Arabian Sea. I would highly recommend this tour, but what made it great was our guide Shaji, who was so professional and friendly. It is a great Indian experience to see so much of rural Indian and the Western Ghats.

Completely satisfied with this day trip. We had an engaging guide that kept us entertained, and a driver that regularly checked in to make sure we were comfortable and not in need of a stop. The long outbound trip was broken up with a delicious breakfast, and a nice stop at a spice museum (with standard gift shop and sales pitch at the end). Then we get into mountains and the amazing views. Great tea museum exhibits and lunch. Then a great walk through the tea fields. Hard to get a bad photo in these locations. Our Guide Jude, and Driver Babu, laughed and joked with us the entire way. We knew we were in the hands of professionals and felt we were well cared for. A great trip.
