The driver was there early waiting for us outside of the hotel. Helped us with luggage and was very nice and professional. She was great driver and got us to the airport quickly. Definitely recommend using them for transport to and from airport. Will use them again.

After we had experienced using the metro in between hotel stays, with the amount of stairs, traveling with luggage was a sweaty challenge. Traveling to the airport in the private transfer was worth it and I’m so glad I booked it.
The driver showed up on time and it was a smooth and comfortable ride to the airport. Would definitely recommend booking for an stress-free transfer to the airport!

The day before we left I requested the driver to arrive a half hour later. I asked through Viator. Before I read their response the driver texted on What’s Ap it would be ok. Then the response from Viator was no, they couldn’t change. The driver, clearly going rogue, must have tried to fit in another ride and texted he would be 5-10 minutes late, then texted again another half hour late! By this time we asked the hotel to find another car company so we weren’t late for our flight. Had he arrived at the time requested by us( 1/2 hr later than original) OR had he refused and arrived original time, agreeing with policy we would have been fine. No one needs the stress of this overseas. Do not book through this company. We pre paid and we are asking for credit from Viator

They called us before hand and requested to come in late. About 10-15 minutes. He made sure we reached on time and drove carefully. Helped us with our bags too.

There were 12 of us that needed a ride for a flight back home. After experiencing the trains when we first came in with luggages on our way to the hotel, we decided we didn’t want to do that on our way back to the airport. Viator rep helped me set it up (I am a US travel agent). Thankful for email communication in English They were on time! The vans were clean and spacious. I will highly recommend them. Thank you.
