Whether you’re traveling individually, as a couple or in a group, your transport needs are covered by this private transport service from your hotel in central Venice or Venice Lido to Santa Lucia Station or the bus station at Piazzale Roma.
When your vacation in the Veneto capital is over, simply board your private water taxi near your hotel at a prearranged time. Then, settle into your comfortable, air-conditioned boat and travel straight to the train or bus station.
To make your booking, simply advise your train or bus details as well as your Venice accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed instantaneously and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 - 48 hours prior to your departure from Venice, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).
Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.
Due to the Hotel Marriot location (Isola delle Rose), transfer to/from this Hotel are subjected to a surcharge of €20, payable on spot.

A representative met us at the lobby of our hotel and walked with us to the hotel pier to board the transfer boat. We were taken to the steps of the train station. Very efficient service.

Waves were too high for me to get on board at pick up point, so driver loaded luggage, then went up close, small canal so I could get on. Thank you!
Met at train station dock by people who helped with luggage, took us to cafe to wait for train, and explained what we needed to know.
Expensive but with luggage and walker well worth it.

Traveling in a place where you don’t speak the language is stressful. Our guide, Claudia, met us at our hotel in the morning of our departure, and helped us navigate the train station. She was hugely helpful in getting us where we needed to go, and the morning boat ride through Venice was beautiful.

We were very pleased with our private transfer. Instructions were left at our hotel 24 hours prior to departure. A representative met us at our hotel promptly at our specified meeting time and stayed with us until she has shown us to the platform for our train at the train station. Excellent service.
