Exit the Basilica, and continue your tour by enjoying once again exclusive skip the line access to the Doge's Palace, the seat of Venice's government for centuries.
You will be amazed by the secret stories your guide shares as you walk through the Doge’s private, luxurious apartments and powerful halls, such as the Hall of the Great Council.
Then, continue to explore the palace with a visit to the scary, dark and gory prison. After seeing the impressive collection of weapons, you will stop at the notorious Bridge of Sighs. Enjoy the view and snap some perfect pictures for your album at home.

Pamela was wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. We traveled in a group of 8 friends and enjoyed the skip the line admission and private tour commentary form Pamela. Ottavia was our tour guide, and she was amazing. We never had to wait in any line and she provided a perfect experience for my husband and me.
Her knowledge of history and her ability to share stories kept my history major husband captivated.
I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and if you have Ottavia, you are in for a treat.

We had a short amount of time in Venice and I wanted to learn a bit more about the Venetian history and see St. Marks and Doge's Palace. The 2 hour St Marks/Doge Palace tour was perfect. Our guide Sabrina was so knowledgeable. She packed alot of information into a short amount of time and kept us moving without feeling rushed. St Marks was even more beautiful than I expected and learning about the history of Venice woven into the Palace tour was perfect. Our 14 year old son even liked it! I would highly recommend.

The tour was a great way to see the city and experience all of the notable places. Chiara was a wonderful tour guide that was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what we were seeing, while also giving us an insight into life in Venice. Chiara was personable and it seemed like we were just chatting with a friend. Highly recommend!

Our guide, Valentina, did a wonderful job of sharing the history and culture of St. Marks and the Doge’s Palace. Having a tour guide from Venice even gave a great place for lunch!

Maria-Theresa and LivTours out did themselves! She's absolutely remarkable and knows so much about the history of Venice. I feel like an expert. She was our first tour in Italy and she was a very tough act to follow. We loved her and the tour.
