Your driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall, just after luggage pickup, holding a sign with your name.

We are glad to accomodate foldable wheelchairs when the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist him/her board and disembark
The duration of transfers is approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
In the event that a day time flight is delayed, and the new arrival time implies a night time service (from 9pm to 7am), you will have to pay a supplement of € 20 to the driver
This is a private service. Only members of your party will participate
In case of a flight diversion to Pisa or Bologna Airport, the booked transfer to Florence Airport will not take place and it will not be refundable
Child seats available on request. The extra cost of €5 has to be paid cash to the driver

Thank you for taking us from the airport to our hotel. After a few long flights, it was nice to not have to worry about one more thing. Plus, our driver was very polite and we loved hearing about some of his favorite things in Florence, as we had never been here before and we were able to incorporate some things into our trip that made it so much better. Definitely a great group of professionals!

As I was in the baggage area, I received a call telling me that my ride was there. We were delayed getting to him due to lost luggage and having to fill out forms.

These guys have always been reliable at the airport and used them a few times for FLR pick up. They come with a huge van and your name on an iPad as soon as you exit the baggage area. Drivers have always been kind and respectful. This time I moved with my dog and the driver made sure she was comfortable because he has two 🐶🐶of his own 😊

Service was excellent. Our flight was diverted due to weather and we had to be bused to our original destination. After messaging the transit company I got a call thet the driver would be waiting on us nearly 2 1/2 hours later.
