Explore these local hangouts and iconic landmarks – Pebbly Beach, the Inn at Mt. Ada and “three palms”, the pet cemetery, the Memorial/ Botanical Gardens, look-out points over Bell Tower Road, the world famous Casino building – including feeding the fish and the Casino Point Dive Park and Marine Preserve plus a peek around the Avalon Diving History Exhibit!

Any Cruise Ship or Newport Flyer passengers select the Catalina Express port terminal above to be picked up on arrival.
All others, we can pick you up anywhere there is street legal parking!

Dudley added so much to the tour. He was knowledgable, funny and gave us a real understanding of the history and life on the island. With him driving we were able to sit back and enjoy the sites.

We had an amazing time with Dudley. His knowledge of Catalina is incredible, and he packs in a ton during your 2-hour tour. I would recommend this experience to anyone looking to check out Avalon with a true island native.

Everything was memorable Dudley was fantastic. We loved the quick stops along the way and chatting with his friends. We got a real locals tour of the Avalon area. Would highly recommend this tour.

My family had an amazing time. Dudley was our guide, and he's fantastic. He's lived in Catalina since the 2nd grade and had so many wonderful stories to share. It was a nice drive around the island and he took us to scenic places for pictures.

This was a wonderful way to visit Catalina. Lettie was a fantastic tour guide and has lived on Catalina for a long time. Therefore, she had not only historical details but fun anecdotes about Catalina and the people who live there. There are many challenges to living on Catalina, but it is a beautiful place to visit. The only draw back is that the Tour Guide did not have a microphone so if you were the 3rd, 4th or 5th person to join the tour - it would be very hard to hear the lovely history and stories.

Lettie (sp?) was on time and knowledgable. We enjoyed seeing a good portion of the island and we have a better understanding of what it is like to live on Catalina today. Four stars, not five, because of the repeated negative comments and stories about other tourists and Lettie's honking and scaring other tourists (their driving was not the best, but please be more patient - they had a young child with them).

Dudley was an amazing guide! It was wonderful to learn about the island from a life long local! Kids on the back of the cart were given bubble wands, that was a huge hit. Everyone enjoy the tour, which can be difficult for a family of 5 to get everyone to agree.

Our private tour was the highlight of out trip. Our family loved hearing about all the history of the island. Dudley was a perfect guide. This is a highly recommended tour!
