Itinerary
Our tour starts directly on the beach, once you have arrived at our location we give you a brief introduction on horseback riding. We do not do any trail rides. Once in the water we ride nose to tail which makes it safer for non experienced riders. Our guides will stop along the way to take pictures of each rider. Often times you will see turtles poking their heads out or sting rays swimming by. This tour is private and gives you more flexibility and allows you to customize it to your needs- depending on your riding experience. This tour is an hour long and something you have to experience.
Our weight limit is 220lbs per rider everyone is weigh at the beach, please note you will not be allowed to ride if pregnant.

Had a wonderful time. Guides were attentive, helpful and patient. Enjoyed my bucket list experience and would definitely do again. Like the fact that it actually starts on the beach and they provide transportation to and from your resort. Thank you for a fun morning!

We did the horseback riding tour and it was so nice!!! The tour guide was amazing!! My horse’s name was Angel. She was so gentle and easy to ride. This was definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

The horses was pretty and the water was beautiful I miss my horse Billy 🦋 The tour guide pick us up on time. Instructions was easy to follow.

My friends and I enjoyed our experience. The staff from the drivers to the guides/handlers were attentive and wanted to make sure we were comfortable while riding, and we were given instructions prior to mounting. The horses were pretty calm and appeared to be in good shape and condition.

I so so so wish I had my camera with me. However, my family was able to capture some nice photos. It was my first time. Oscar gave clear and precise instructions. Easy Easy. The crew with Oscar was very helpful. I love the attention they gave to ensure that everyone was ok. I would/will definitely do it again. We loved it✨✨✨
If you are thinking about it book it prior to arriving and enjoy yourself.

This was one of the best horseback riding excursions I have done anywhere. The beautiful clear water, sunset and vibes were overall a 10. The ride was longer than expected but I absolutely loved it. The horses are well kept and the guides are very engaging to the entire group!

Saw loads of turtles swimming around us, the horses all appeared very healthy and happy, and the guides were very nice and attentive. Lovely experience and the kids loved it, would definitely do it again.

We booked our trip to TCI knowing we wanted to do a horseback ride, it was my daughter’s sole request for the trip, and we were not disappointed! We were picked up from our resort in a van, along with a family from a nearby place. Everyone was very friendly and it was nice to drive through to another part of the island.
The horses were tied in the shade when we arrived and Oscar greeted us. Again, everyone was very friendly! Once everyone in our group arrived, Oscar did a brief safety talk and spoke with the group to get an idea of our experience levels. Everyone was matched with a horse based on size and experience. My husband and son were both first time riders and had no issues! My husband was put on a larger horse with alittle more “personality” based on height, but had no problem. It’s like really a long line of follow the leader once you start moving. Oscar rides along the line the entire time to help anyone that needs it and to keep the horses going where they need to be.
Getting to ride through the water was such an incredible experience! You stop about halfway through for pictures with your group (one of the guides uses your phone) and you also go right past the Conch Shack restaurant down the beach.
Tips: you’re going to get wet so wear water friendly clothes/shoes! You’ll want to take your own pictures so put your phone on a lanyard or wristlet- if you drop it, it’s gone. Be honest about your riding experience so you’re matched with the right horse. Relax- the horses know how to navigate the sand and rocks, you just have to trust them.
Again, this was an amazing experience and we’re so glad we picked Unique Tours! Oscar and all the guides were fantastic & friendly. If we come back to TCI in the future, we would do this again!
