This is a typical itinerary for this product
Pass By: Miami Beach, Miami Beach, Florida
During the excursions, you will be picked up at our meeting point by our licensed captain (by boat) from there we take you to our Jetskis which is approximately a 15 minute boat ride to and from, where you will see million dollar mansions including celebrity homes, and many famous islands such as star island. Your private jetski excursion will start once you are guided on how to operate a jetski and put all necessary safety gear on. Once your excursion is done we will take you back to the meeting point by boat. There is a max number of two people per jetski.

Amazing fun! Just be sure to read all fine print. We prepaid on Trip Advisory but still had to pay an extra $130 in additional fees once we arrived. Nice people. Lots of fun. But cost more than we initially expected.

Never had one this event was called off day of and I requested a refund. I went all the way to the location to find out it was canceled. 🥹

It was horrible we didn’t even get to ride the jet skis the time they promised us all because the boat that took us to the jet skis ran out of gas we had to wait 3 hours for the boat to come back and get us we only got to ride for about an hour when we paid for a hour and a half very unprofessional what a scam they show one price then charge you the other half when you get there and if you ask for a refund they tell you they can only refund you part of it.I had a horrible experience and will never again book with them and don’t recommend anyone else to do it unless you wanna ruin you’re day.

It was a good experience the guys who run it seemed nice enough, I can’t compare to any other as this was my first time on a jet ski
But overall it was a good experience, communication was very good

So they have hidden fees that aren’t mentioned , as well if you have to change your reservation they won’t give your money back Z so be sure before booking that everyone you invite will join because LUIS will take your money . I contacted Viator for the refund they mentioned that I would have to go through the actual jet ski people . The jet ski peopel say go through Viator all in all they suck . And don’t bring extra baggage they went through my belongings while on excursion . But great experience but also bad company choose another jetski company
