The transportation company that Viator booked didn’t show up and claimed not to have the booking even though we had a confirmation number. We waited over an hour and tried to contact them. Viator refunded this fare and another that we booked with the same company without a fight. So thanks Viator! One suggestion though is this was super expensive compared to a cab. We are a few blocks to the cruise port and they wanted $84au vs a cab $15au. I would wait to book transportation until you get to your hotel.
