In the baggage claim area there are tourist assistance employees who could confuse you by offering you the transfer to the hotel and free excursions, please do not need to stop with them, they could surprise you as they work for "Timeshares" and they will only make you lose your valuable weather.
Once they take your luggage, look for the exit for tourism agencies and transporters. Our staff awaits you at the airport parking platforms; in the area of transportation marked as Tourist Operator and Bus.
The service is private is not shared with other passengers.

Our driver was on time, so very courteous and got us to the resort safely and quickly. He did a wonderful job. The van was very comfortable as well! I would highly recommend!

They were late on both counts. 15 minutes at airport while we waited for them to find someone to take us to the hotel. They were 35 minutes late picking us up at the resort. Paid good USD to help this trip go smoother and this was the part that didn't, so never again.

Airport pick-up was easy to find - he was ready for us even though we were delayed due to late baggage arrival - on our trip back to the airport our driver was right on time - made the transportation part of our trip stress free

They were on time picking us up from the resort to the airport. Several People at the resort had to call a taxi when their scheduled ride to the airport did not show up.

Great service with excellent communication. The drivers were both prompt for our both trips . Due to a hotel issue we had to change our pickup location mid trip. The shuttle service accommodated us and allowed us to change our pick up location.
