Pickup Details
Once you exit arrivals terminal building, our airport representative Ricardo Garcia, wearing a GREEN polo shirt that says TAXI-SHUTTLE/ COZUSHUTTLE will have your tickets ready to board and go, avoid ticket counter un necessary lines. If you choose roundtrip, once you arrive to your hotel and you get your room assigned, please notify of this our airport representative by phone or email or thru viator chat, given that hotel asks our driver of this information for pick up at hotel and allow entrance.

Awesome Experience! I showed a person my receipt and they said Ricardo is outside. Ricardo came right up to us and took us to the Van and loaded up our luggage. The van was super comfortable. Miguel was very nice and we arrived at our hotel Safely. Highly recommended!

We had pre booked and were directed from their signage to go outside. Driver was right there waiting and straight to the resort. No problems no delays no mess!!

Best way to move a family from the airport! Driver was friendly, van was clean and cool. Pick up at hotel for return was on time and equally as pleasant. Definately recommend prescheduling transportation at the airport to avoid the vendors!

Was not informed we needed to take and pay for the ferry and a taxi to our resort until arriving. Paid too much money to go around the corner to the ferry. If your visiting Playa de Carmen fly into Cancun instead of Cozumel. Less travel time and leas expensive.

I found Viator because my family needed a shuttle to our hotel. They said we don’t handle this but our other service will handle your needs. I told them the hotel and the airport we were coming into. He said that’s $138. I paid and he said the shuttle service we use will send you a confirmation. We realized at this point Travelocity booked us into a hotel on the mainland, flying us into the Island of Cozumel. I got the confirmation from the secondary shuttle service, Cozushuttle, and asked them if we had to pay for the ferry or if it was included. They said, oh no we just drop you at the ferry terminal. I said no no no we hired you to bring us to our hotel. He said no we don’t leave the island. I said so you are charging me $138 to drive us 1.5 miles? He says you booked it there are no refunds it says right in our website we don’t leave the island. Well of course i didn’t see the website because i booked through their parent company, Viator, who took my money before ever looking into the hotel i was going to and where it was, being on the mainland. Viator agreed i should get my money back on March 26. They said within 3-7 business days it would be refunded to our credit card. So far nothing and the five emails I’ve sent requesting information on the refund have gone unanswered.

I had booked the round trip shuttle from Cancun airport and they do not service Cancun but do Cozumel airport. All great but they had my flight information and airport information but didn’t bother to call or email me that they do not service that airport. We spent 2 hours in customs and had no shuttle service afterwards. We had to pay another $120 USD to get to the ferry, and $120 USD for the ferry and then $25 USD for a taxi. They refuse any refund even though they knew that I would be in Cancun and not Cozumel. They will definitely not be in any future travel arrangements and do NOT recommend at all!!!!!

It was good. You were there and took us right to the hotel. However, I was able to book a taxi back to the airport for $20 vs the $69 you charged. I don’t mind paying a little bit more but that’s over the top.
