Communication wasn’t good, wrong description on arrival details, stop outside 30 minutes waiting because the driver wasn’t displaying our party’s information. besides that the driver was very professional.

Great Service - Easy Pick-up at airport, Grocery Stop on way to resort. Had to come home 1 day early - Easy to contact company to reschedule pick-up, Pick-up on time and smooth trip back to airport. Will definitely use again!!

The online reservation process was easy and thorough. The cost was fair and reasonable. The communications and directions were clear about how and where to meet the Cabo Airport Shuttle team outside the airport. The van drivers were very professional and friendly. We really appreciated the offer of an ice cold water or beer at pickup after a lengthy trip!

I took a ride from the hotel zone to the airport with Cabo Airport Shuttle. They were on time and charged a reasonable rate. I scheduled through their website and everything went as planned. I recommend them.

There was 8 adults that were picked up on time and personally greeted each one us.very professional. Are driver was very polite and answered every question we asked about the town of cabo and great places to eat and see.He also was very gentle when it came to loading up are luggage and helping the eight of us in and out of the vehicle. All eight of us are from south dakota and have traveled a lot but we all agreed this was the best service from the airport to the riu palace and back to the airport when are trip was over,I got reminders on my phone when he would arrive for pick up and drop off.we all agreed we would pick this great service

Not very detail in the pick up. I thought it was someone standing outside with my name on a sign or the company name listed somewhere. Once you locate someone it took about 15-20 mins for the vehicle to arrive. The drivers where great vehicle very clean The pickup was exactly on time and easy drop off
