Recently I went on a trip with my Mother to Scarborough with Shearings Coach Holidays, to visit several Towns of Yorkshire.
We stayed at the New Southlands Hotel.
Whilst on the trip, there was a big issue of sickness, and my Mother got very sick after eating the main meal at the Hotel provided.
Unfortunately She was unable to participate in the rest of the trip, because of this.
It was nothing to do with Lunch out, as we ate the same for lunch, and were fine, untill after eating dinner at the Hotel.
Please note that another Person on the Trip threw up in the Lounge area of the Hotel, after dinner, and I also heard of others being sick.
As for myself, I also became sick after Breakfast, on the last day there.
Anyway, when we got back from our trip we explained to the company who sent a letter to apologize for what happened, But attempted to brush away the situation saying that after our trip no one else became sick. But of course they never addressed the fact that several people were sick when we were there, "during" our trip!
(We were not the only ones who had to fill out a Sickness form, at the Hotel).
My Mother is not happy that they made no attempt to refund the values of the meals that she couldn't eat because of her sickness, or the trips that she missed out on, and we cannot recommend this company because they refuse to accept any blame, their customer care is "to ignore" .
And whilst they apologized for this, they refuse to do the right thing and refund the forementioned costs, like any other Normal company would.
And this does not include other expenses, that were incurred because of the sickness.

Driver was on time, even though our flight was delayed 2 1/2 hours. Perfect trip to hotel. Driver offered cold drinks. Very polite

My go to for Cabo San Lucas and Los Cabos transportation. They had the car seat for my baby ready to go, which was one last thing that we needed to pack.

Drivers and service was perfect. However, received a message from operator after we were already in the car stating we had to pay an additional $40 because our drop off zone required an extra charge. We inputted our drop off zone when making the reservation so this should not have been a surprise to them.. so I would recommend anyone to use this service BUT confirm pricing twice when booking or they might pull one on you.

Transportation on time, clean and with a nice drink offered for the ride. Hector on the return trip had the air conditioning going, charging cords available, water in your cup holder and easy to talk to you during the trip to the airport.
