Our day trip to Chichen Itza was the best part of our trip, starting with our driver Carlos...so friendly and informative, made us feel like we were family. Upon arrival at Chichen Itza our private tour with Manuel was amazing! True professionals who really know their stuff...if we come back i will definitely book my tours with them!

It seems like perhaps the incorrect tour was provided to us erroneously, thus the lower rating. I intentionally booked this tour since it was focused ONLY on Chichen Itza...the goal being to get a more in-depth experience of this amazing historical site than with other tours. While seeing Chichen Itza is definitely worth doing, this depth of information was not above-and-beyond other tours and our tour still ended up including other things, like a cenote and typical colonial town which meant the tour was not a 12 hour tour that only included Chichen Itza as described on the site. Lunch at the cenote was definitely NOT a highlight. That being said, Luis tour guide was knowledgeable about the site and the tour of Chichen Itza was good.
