The tour starts at your allocated time, your guide will be waiting for you at the Tower Welcome Centre, just outside the main entrance.
We have to pass through a few gates with murder holes to get safely inside. Your guide will introduce you to Merlina, Jubilee, Grip and other ravens. Some might be resting in their cages, some freely hopping around. They might even pose for a picture, but don’t get too close, they can bite!
Who was imprisoned in the Bloody tower? Let’s find out, right after we escape the torture chamber, where you can still see some of the brutal medieval instruments.

It’s time now to be impressed by the jewels, the crown, the sceptre, the orb and much more. The entire collection, which is guarded behind thick doors, has an unimaginable value.

Stop At: White Tower, London Tower, London EC3N 4AB England
We will explore the white tower next, the oldest part of the fortress. Packed full with armour once belonging to famous kings, Henry VIII, Charles I, to name just a few. Upstairs, children and grown up’s can get involved with an interactive exhibition.
There is so much to see around the Tower of London.

Stop At: Tower Bridge Road, London SE1 2UP England
Once we escape the fortress, you will have a fantastic view of the famous Tower Bridge. We might even be lucky enough to see it open.

Pace was determined by our interests and the guide was most informative and met our needs.
Worth a private tour for our small group as could determine our own pace and most efficient urtilization of time.

Though I’m sure we would have enjoyed the Tower of London on our own or with a larger group tour, there is no comparison to a private tour. To have an expert guide escort you through the grounds and buildings while providing so much historical information and little factoids really made our visit to the Tower so special. Our guide Denisa was very knowledgeable and a wonderful storyteller. We never felt rushed and she knew all the little cubbies to tuck into to share some special points with just our group (we were there on a holiday week so a bit crowded). We all agreed our tour was well worth the cost and we highly recommend.

Our guide Denisa was great! Met her right outside the entrance, she made it a breeze to get in since she had all the tickets with her. There were three adults and 3 kids aging from 5 to 7 years old. She made it very interesting for the kids, know how to answer all of their questions, and shared a lot of history with us! Would definitely recommend booking!

We enjoyed the interesting history and stories of intrigue. Our guide, Lucy, made a complex history easy to follow and understand. She was versed in the details and she gave life to the tales in her presentation.

The overall Tour was Great, Our tour guide Marina was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining all the facts regarding the tour. She made it very pleasurable for Me and My Family. Great Job Viator who I booked the private tour through. Would definitely be booking more tours thru Viator.

Lucy was outstanding! Great tour of Tower of London with our family of four, including 2 kids 10 and 11. Lucy had amazing knowledge of the site and history, and great stories to keep the kids interested and excited. Highly recommend!
