Stop At: Mutianyu Great Wall, Mutianyu Village, Bohai Town, Huairou District, Beijing China
Picked up between 7:00am to 13:00pm in your hotel lobby.
Then drive to Mutianyu Great Wall directly. Mutianyu Great Wall is known for its beautiful surroundings - dense woods and rich pastures changing colors with the seasons of a year. Mutianyu Great Wall is located in Huai Rou County on the north-east of Beijing. This section of the Great Wall is about 75 KM from the center of Beijing. As one of the best-preserved parts of the Great Wall, Mutianyu section of Great Wall used to serve as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs. Cable car can take you up to the Great Wall, you can choose to enjoy the hiking to the peak or stay to enjoy the beautiful view. Cable down or toboggan down would be more fun.
At the end, you will transferred back to your hotel

The tour with Lucy to the Great Wall in Mutianyu was a once-in-a-lifetime experience. It included everything we wanted; we took the open chair lift up the mountain and the toboggan down, both so much fun and not an all scary. We went early in the morning and there were very few people; by the time we left there was quite a line. I love to travel, but have never been a fan of guided tours. However, this one was an exception. If you are undecided about which tour to take because there are so many options, I highly recommend you consider Lucy. The trip takes about 1 1/2 hours from Beijing and she asked us questions about our trip to China, as well as other places we had been. I realized later she was gauging what would appeal to us, so she could give us an experience tailored to our interests. In other tours I have taken, the tour guides seem to have a rehearsed speech which I do not like. Lucy was so knowledgeable, fun, and did not push us to buy junk souvenirs. She let us take the time we needed without ever pushing us to move along. After the tour, she gave us options for other things to do, including an authentic Chinese lunch at a local restaurant-excellent food and really inexpensive. I don’t always write reviews and I am pretty sure I have never mentioned a tour guide, but Lucy is so terrific I really want to let everyone know. In fact, we have booked another 1/2 day tour with her and have happily suggested we be her tour guide if she ever visits the United States.

My sister and I have been planning our monthlong visit to China for several years. Extensive research went into this trip, including reading every review, looking at every picture and learning as much about the history and culture as we could from afar. Visiting the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall was one of our top must-dos, and we got all, and even more than we hoped for on this day tour. We feel incredibly lucky we had Lucy as our guide; she was full of information about the history of the wall and all its elements, and she made sure to show us everything we wanted to see, and lots more we didn’t even know about. We took the chairlift up (really fun if you’re not afraid of heights) and toboggan down and it was a blast! Lucy suggested we walk and climb as much as we liked and never rushed us. When we mentioned we loved tea she took us to a lovely shop for a very enlightening tea tasting. Since we enjoy local vibes in foreign countries Lucy took us to a great little non-touristy restaurant for an absolutely fantastic lunch that cost next to nothing (she did make us eat a lot though 😂). There’s way too much to write here, but I’ll end saying I highly recommend this day tour, and if you can request a particular guide, ask for Lucy. She’s so much fun and also has a great sense of humor. She made the entire day really special for us ❤️

We are a small family from Germany. On April we visited Peking. Thanks Ms. Lily and her colleagues´s help we have completed our journey in Peking with satisfaction. 🥰
I want to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Sun especially. He is the driver, who drove us to the Great Wall. Mr. Sun is a very nice, polite and reliable young man. In the morning he arrived in our hotel much earlier than planned and waited with patience. He is a very good driver and on his car you feel very safe. The car is very clean and Mr. Sun prepared some bottles of water for the passengers. We have enjoyed our journey to Great Wall very much. And price is very fair. For such professional driving service, the price normally is much higher than we booked.
After I return back to Germany, I have recommend Lilys team to my friends.
At last I want to hearty thanks all the staffs and especially to Mr. Sun!

We had a lovely day Trip from Beijing, the tour guide Lily was super friendly and accompanied us from the hotel to the Chinese Wall, she is very skilled with tourists and helps dealing with the local situations extremly well, the driver Gary was also very skilled, we had a Giant van car taking us on the speedway, super experience

We had a great time at the tour. The trip to the Wall is very worth it and going with the chairlift and down with the toboggan is a lot of fun. Basically you don’t have to worry about anything, because the drive, buying tickets, where to go and everything else is taken care of. Our guide Lucy was very knowledgeable, speaks very good English and listened to all our wishes. We felt in very good hands for the whole trip.
If you want to visit the Great Wall, this is one of the best ways to do it!

It was an EXCELLENT tour by Maggie and driver Gary. Firstly, Maggie went the extra mile to ensure confirmation of the pick-up. Not only she called my HP but i did not pick up, she even called my hotel n ensured a note was left n delivered to my room.
The pick -up was prompt n Gary was truly polite n provided us with bottles of water. On the tour, Maggie was extremely responsible and meticulous twds the climbing up and down the great wall. She ensured that we had good photo spots for remembrance.
It was truly a lovely service experience. I would truly recommend this agency.

We had a fantastic trip to the Great Wall of China with Maggie who was our tour guide & Gary driving.
Highly recommend booking this trip as Maggie is so informative and friendly and it was a pleasure to have her company.
We left early in the morning (7.30am) which gave us great opportunity for pictures, with Maggie doubling up as a personal photographer for the day, giving us tips of where to get the best pictures. Leaving at this time also ensured we missed the queues.
Wear trainers/walking shoes as there is a lot of walking. Both the chair lift and the Toboggan made the tour even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this tour & would give it 10 out of 10!

Organised a tour to the Great Wall, Maggie was our guide. She was fantastic and very knowledgeable of all things. On the ride to the Great Wall she even told us some history and information about other attractions in Beijing. If you have an option to ask for a guide, you can’t go wrong with her. Maggie arrived promptly at our hotel, she always had a smile and we had a terrific time.
