Our driver was an hour late picking us up at the airport. We were very frustrated as we were told the drivers keep track of the flight.

We went to London for the first time and we had three generations. They made it so easy meeting us at baggage claim and loading and unloading the bags in the van. They even had a step to help the elders in and out of the van. Very courteous.

I would not recommend this experience to anyone nor would I book viator ever again. I had to call the ground operator twice to find out where our driver was and they had to scramble to find us a driver

Finding the driver was initially a bit of a problem, inasmuch as we weren't aware of the exact location at which to meet. However after a quick call, it worked out. The drive into London was long because of morning rush hour, but the driver was entertaining.
