On the day of guest arrival, Driver will be waiting Baggage Claim with name sign, Driver will also be contacting Guest by cellphone as needed to verbally guide them to the waiting area, when guest arrives, Driver greet Guest with ALOHA and invite them to get on the vehicle, lastly transfer Guests safely to Hotel.

The driver, Stephen, contacted us promptly and waited patiently for us to retrieve our luggage and helped load it all. He was very polite, kind and courteous and a very smooth, safe driver. We are booking with him again for our return transfer!
