- By selecting Naples as the final destination, the release will be at the airport, port, station or hotel.
For the appointment at the train station, at the airport or at the port the driver will wait for you in the chosen place showing a sign indicating the name provided at the time of booking.
If you are being picked up or dropped off at the airport, train station or port, you must provide your flight, train number or boat name at the time of booking.
If you are traveling with small children, please let us know so we can agree together on the need to add a child seat

Perfect transfer. Our driver was waiting for us after baggage claim with my name on a sign. He was very friendly and talked to us a lot on the way from Naples to Sorrento. Very friendly!

We scheduled our transfer for Pick up at 10am, after 35 minutes waiting with no communication from the driver, we had to hail a cab for double the price. When we were in the taxi and on our way at about 10:38 the driver tried to contact me telling me he had problem parking. We explained we did not hear from him that he had this problem and waited almost 40 minutes but finally had to seek alternative transportation.
