The communication at this company was terrible. No one confirmed our ride or responded to our outreach for almost 2 days prior to our ride. They continued to send me nasty messages for months because I canceled the ride. This is not a serious business, I’ve spoken to many others who had similar experiences with this company. Positano taxi transfers, however, was always on time and polite and professional. They are the preferred vendor on the coast from what I understand, and I now see why.

We used this service to transfer back and forth from Rome to Sorrento with all of our luggage. We had the same driver, Frank for both trips. He was a great guy and driver & we enjoyed his company. After he transferred us from Sorrento to the Rome airport we realized we left our passports in the airbnb safe back in Sorrento. We were in a total panic! They were able to find a driver (Thank you Carlo) on short notice to come in on his day off, coordinate meeting with our airbnb host to get the passports and deliver the passports to us at the airport in time for us to make our flight. It was truly a miracle and we were so grateful. I highly recommend this company!

Our driver (David) was from the area and pointed out some nice facts about his hometown, as well as being an excellent driver. He was attentive to our needs and knew the right balance of when to chat and when “comfortable silence “ was needed. As always, Viator was excellent to work with!

The driver arrived on time and loaded our luggage into the car. The car was a BMW station wagon which was perfect for our family of three. The driver was friendly and drove responsibly. The drive was about three hours and we made a stop at a truck stop about an hour before getting into Rome to get some food, use the restrooms, and stretch our legs. We were dropped off right in front of our B&B. I would recommend this service if you want to avoid the hassle of riding in buses/trains and walking in hot and humid weather.

A+ company. We called at 9:00 pm for a transfer from Sorrento to Rome the next morning. Francesco was on time for our pickup (even 10 minutes early). He is an excellent and calm driver, and has highly rated professionalism. I wouldn’t hesitate to call this company. Please ask for Francesco. Don’t hesitate. You won’t be disappointed.
