Our driver will be waiting for you under your ship (don't forget to indicate your name) with a sign displaying your name (your telephone contact is also welcome).
We will give help with your luggage, you won't have to walk, a comfortable mercedes with air conditioning will be waiting for you, fresh water just for you. The transfer is private, just for you. We will take you to Rome (hotel or accommodation) or to the airport.
For customers who will have to transfer from Rome to the port, we recommend that they be ready with all their luggage in the hall of their hotel or B&B 15 minutes before, after 15 minutes of the requested time it will be considered NO SHOW. We will take care of arranging the luggage (always specify the number and size because we will be using cars and vans and if there are space problems it will be your responsibility) while they can settle comfortably inside our vehicle with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and fresh water .

Pickup Details
Arrive in Rome with our exclusive private transfers. Upon your disembarkation in the morning around 8.00/9.00, our Driver (who speaks English) will be waiting for you directly under your cruise ship with the welcome sign. Our driver licensed and accredited to enter the port will be waiting for you in a comfortable Mercedes (sedan or minivan) and will take you to your destination in Rome (hotel, private apartment, B&B, train station or airport). The transfer is always private and only for you. You won't have to walk or take care of your luggage, we'll take care of it. We can arrive in front of your hotel and we recommend that you be ready 15 minutes earlier with your luggage. We will take care of everything, while customers can sit inside our vehicle with air conditioning, wi-fi and fresh water. The pick up time requested by you CANNOT BE CHANGED 24 hours before the service. A delay of more than 15 minutes of the requested time will be considered NO SHOW.

Was upset that price changed after ordering first vehicle and finding out it wasn’t big enough, so I requested and paid for larger vehicle to fit luggage, only for company to add additional 40 euros for what they claimed was an even larger one to hold 3 lg suitcases and 2 small

Driver was a little late (10 minutes) due to port traffic. He did not speak English which was promised. All in all, I was satisfied with driver. Got my party to airport in plenty of time.

My driver was Fabio and I was so grateful that this service was available because it is very difficult to find reliable transportation from the Civitavecchia port (Rome) when there are literally thousands of cruise guests departing/arriving at the same time. Fabio was punctual and professional. He contacted me in advance via WhatsApp to coordinate his arrival. I asked him if he was available 15 minutes earlier and he was very flexible. He showed up in a suit and his car was very clean (and quite nice!). I was very anxious about getting to the airport on time for my flight, but Fabio got me there earlier than I thought! This service is worth it because the flat rate by taxi to the port is 150 euros minimum. Do not rely on Uber to be available on any of the days that the cruises are leaving or returning. Booking a driver (or finding a bus in advance) is the only way to go if you need to get to your destination in a timely fashion.

Great communication with the tour operator after the transfer was booked. On the day of the transfer, the driver arrived prior to the scheduled pick-up time, and was waiting for us with a sign with my name on it outside of the disembarkation building where we retrieved our bags. The ride from the port to the airport was very efficient and enjoyable. The vehicle was clean, and bottles of water were available in the vehicle for all passengers. Highly recommend!
