For your convenience, shortly before the time of the pickup, you will receive a text message with your driver’s name, contact details, our support number and booking reference. Once you have landed, we will be waiting for you at the arrival gate with a meet & greet sign board sign and will assist you with your luggage.

Please take note of the following instructions to help you find your driver: Once you have collected your luggage, please exit the baggage claim and go to the Meeting Point for your Arrival terminal (shown in the maps below). A representative will be waiting there holding a signboard with your name. Paid for a Heathrow to London hotel and Return hotel to Heathrow.
First leg didn't go as expected but at least it happened.
Return leg didn't happen. Driver at last minute called to pick us up over an hour early? Didn't pull up to the hotel. His English was terrible, made us walk in the rain to him parked on a side street a block away. When we got to him he said we had too many bags. 3 adults had 3 mid sized luggage and 2 backpacks and my wife's shoulder bag and purse. He left. I called the Talixo help line and representative said they cannot do anything because driver recorded us as a no show. Therefore no refund. This call took place before our scheduled time (because the driver told us to be over an hour early), so how could it be a no show. Put us hold. When she came back, said no cars in the area, we had to take a cab at our own expense, no refund???
Side note: the taxi cab fare was cheaper than what I paid for Talixo.

I recently used the private transfer service from Heathrow Airport to central London and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The driver was courteous and professional, met me right at the terminal exit, helped with my luggage, and provided a comfortable car. The journey was smooth and efficient, which was particularly pleasant after a long flight. The car was clean and well-equipped, and most importantly - the trip was safe and peaceful. They called and messaged me while we were in the air. Our flight had take off from our original destination and hour late and our connection was delayed. They were messaging me saying they had been waiting for an hour and were going to leave. They claimed they didn’t have our correct flight information but I had texted the company 2 days prior the flight info because they had asked for it and he said it was good to go. They left because they said they were not waiting any longer when our flight had just landed. All they needed to do was look up our flight to see that it had been delayed. The gentleman said they don’t do that, they go off the original arrival time. Do not recommend!

We had fully expected to be greeted as we exited the customs area. Everyone else, who arranged for pick-up, had their driver waiting with a sign showing their names. In our case we had to wait 45 minutes for our driver to show up. Then we had to squeeze into a Prius. I am 6’3” and this was a very uncomfortable ride. A comfortable London Cab would have gotten us to our hotel before our driver even showed up and for less money.

It was very easy to find my driver at LHR. Noor gave me good instructions on where to find him after I collected my luggage,. He assisted me with getting my luggage to his car. He was very nice to talk with during the drive. It was a very good experience, and I was glad I had a driver to get me to my hotel!

Mr. Arulees our driver was very gentle and drives ok. He waited for us 1 hr because the immigration line took that time. We didn't delay in any way the airport exit. The bad thing is the following, he asked with insistence, a tip of 20 pounds. I was willing to give the extra time of parking, but he insisted on the tip for his time. Because i am in vacation i gave him 20 pounds. But this is not good.

We were supposed to be picked up at Heathrow by our driver in a Mercedes S Class. This driver got a better deal, and handed us off to someone else. We ended up in a Toyota Prius, which was much smaller and my wife had one of her suitcases in her lap. That being said, our driver was very nice, and got us to our hotel safely. But, this was not the experience that I thought we had paid for.
