Itinerary
Enjoy a private 60-minute floor yoga class in your preferred style (hatha, vinyasa, ashtanga, yin/stretching, and restorative). Classes are adapted to fit practitioners experience and may be adapted to your particular needs. All teachers are international certified yoga instructors and speak several languages, ask for yours.
Yoga mats and props will be provided to facilitate the practice.

Iam a 65 year old men and had few (almost) none yoga experience. I enjoyed the lessons with Andrea , as I could grow through the 5 lessons we had together with my wife.
She is not only experience but is also able to teach such unmoveable persons like me…:-)
