Pickup Details
Please be aware that you may be approached by individuals trying to sell you other transportation services at the airport. please do not engage in conversation with them as they will try to mislead you about our driver not being there or having just left. Once you have picked up your luggage you may walk straight out of the airport and meet your driver who will be waiting for you at the end of the exit hall holding a sign with your name and company's logo on it.

I was very happy with HQT! I’ve been to DR 4 times and this was best transport I’ve had from the hectic airport! They had my name on a sign like they said, transported us to the resort in a personal van, and most importantly- picked us up on the dot to take back to airport like they said they would. I got text messages the day before both transports with instructions. I thought HQT was very reasonable as well! 👍

Excellent service! Right as you exit Punta Cana Airport, you're greeted by a prominently displayed sign with your name, making it super easy to find your ride. The drivers are not only helpful with your luggage but ensure you get to your resort quickly and comfortably. I had the pleasure of experiencing the same top-notch service on my ride back to the airport. Both drivers were professional and courteous. We found them holding up our names as soon as we left the airport. The pickup area is hectic in general but we only had to wait maybe 10 minutes for our van to pull up and HQT was very organized. The van is air conditioned, the drivers drive fast but everyone in DR drives fast and a bit aggressive. Our driver was on time for our pickup back to the resort and got us there safely. Both times the driver took a moment to help us with our luggage and did not rush us.

Round trip booked. Drivers were great and ride was comfortable. Only issue we had was that our drop off and pick up were at different hotels (noted on reservation and confirmed after). For pick up, driver went to wrong location and they had to send another which cut us very very close to missing flight but, we made it so all good
