We will provide guide book on every table, so you only need to follow the instruction, and you will be able to make delicious ramen. We also have instructors here if you need any help. You'll make everything from making the noodles, draining them, mixing them with the soup and roasting the chicken. This is an all all-inclusive class. This class has a gift-omiyage, you can choose one " T-shirts", " Ramen bowl" or "J apanese Apron"!
Making noodles
• Knead the flour
• Roll out the dough
• Cut the dough-Drain the Noodles
• Boil the noodles
• Drain the water from the noodles
Chicken Garnish
• Use a string to tie the chicken meat
• Scatter the condiment and cook it
• Slice the chicken to the length you want
• We can serve Tofu instead of chicken for vegetarian and vegan options. Please let us know in advance.-Soup
• We offer many types of broths so you can
blend with each other
• Different kinds of sauces to choose
Finishing
• Put the boiled noodles into the soup
• Put the toppings on and it will be finished!

We had the best time learning to cook ramen. The staff were very friendly and kind, and everyone in our family loved it. The ramen was delicious!!! It was also a nice break from all the Kyoto sightseeing.

The Ramen Factory was a very fun and enjoyable experience where we got to make our own self made ramen. Our instructor Haru was very knowledgeable, friendly and kind during our ramen making. He helped us through the steps patiently and when our self made ramen was complete I was surprised it was the best ramen I had eaten in Japan so far.
We were also surprised that the experience came with a printed photo and souvenir included in the price.
Note: We were the only group during our time slot, Haru was able to give us a lot of attention and help during our cooking. Extremely professional and helpful staff!!
Would recommend this to anyone and even do it again on our next visit!!
