Itinerary
The Lake Chiusi is a natural and charming location with willows and poplars that surround the quiet waters of the lake. You will attend the yoga lesson with a Yoga Alliance qualified teacher on the shore of this lake between Tuscany and Umbria. The wind will accompany your breath, the sun will warm your muscles and the horizon will help you find concentration, while the asana movements will reconcile the spirit with the world. The holistic experience continues with a picnic on the grass with local products.

Alles hat gestimmt: Das Wetter, der Ort, die Menschen. Sowohl unsere Yoga-Lehrerin Marzia als auch die Menschen des "Pesce d´Oro", wo wir das eigens für uns gefertigte super leckere vegane Frühstücks-Picknick zu uns nehmen durften, waren sehr angenehm und zuvorkommend.
Die Yoga-Stunde mit Blick auf den malerischen Lago di Chiusi war genau richtig für einen sommerlichen Morgen, das anschließende "Picknick" hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr gern wieder!
