The Crystal Palace is the most sought-after point of interest in the park, a building built as a greenhouse to house the flora of the Philippine Exposition, an example of the glass and iron architecture of the time.

Stop At: Estanque Grande del Retiro, Paseo de Colombia 2 Inside The Buen Retiro Park, 28016 Madrid Spain
This lake is the center of Retiro Park, presiding over the monument to Alfonso XII, erected by Queen Victoria upon the death of her husband. The lake, in its time, represented naval battles for the Madrid aristocracy, today it serves as entertainment for all audiences.

This sculpture represents Lucifer when he is expelled from the Kingdom of Heaven and is picked up and waited for by the 8 dragons of hell. Work of Velvet, which is located 666 meters above sea level.

Ronan was an amazing tour guide! We did the tour in retiro park and he took us to the best spots and we had a stop to take pics in the flower garden. The Segway was easy and fun to use and this tour was the best part of our trip, thank you!! Would definitely recommend if you’re coming to Madrid, and especially with Ronan!

Doing this Segway tour was the best part of my trip to Madrid, Ronan was extremely helpful and engaging tour guide. He gave plenty of information about the historical building and allowed us to wait and take pictures. The flower garden was beautiful. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who wants to see Madrid in a fun way. Also people were definitely jealous of us when they saw us in the park.

This tour was the highlight of our trip. My wife and I were looking for a good tour to do around Madrid, and we decided to do one that scared us a bit but that we felt we would enjoy, and we were certainly right to choose this one.
We both have never been on a Segway before. Ronan, the tour guide, who was so nice and personable, had us flying around like professionals in no time. We decided to do the 1 & 1/2 hr tour of El Retiro Park. It was so much fun, and we got to see so much of the park that we never could have seen if we had walked around it. We went on a Sunday, and there were loads happening around the park - yoga, puppet shows, rollerblading classes, and families just enjoying themselves. There were also some great spots, attractions, and monuments to see.
Great park to visit and even more fun on a Segway.

Amazing way to see the city, very accommodating staff, as my wife preferred to ride a bike. Not that the Segways are difficult by any means. We have 2 children 10 and 12 who mastered the control in minutes. The tour is an excellent way to see some of the city. Diana was a brilliant guide.

My family and I (ranging in ages from 52 to 78) did a 1.5 hour segway tour around the park. It was incredibly green and beautiful in May. The Rose Garden, Glass Castle and Oldest Tree in Madrid were our favorites. Jocelyn was a great guide. She is sweet, patient and gives clear instructions. If you want more time in the park book 2 hours it goes by pretty fast. Highly recommend this tour.

The Segway tour was very fun. We saw all the Retiro Park Highlights in about an hour, and since we had been in Madrid for several days had already seen some of the other places Aiton wanted to show us. So instead he took us through some neighborhoods we had not seen and down to a lovely ride along the park next to the river.
