Pass By: Røvær, Norway
Røvær is an island group in Haugesund Municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The islands lie off the mainland shore about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) northwest of the town of Haugesund.
The 1.4-square-kilometre (0.54 sq mi) Røvær islands have about one hundred permanent residents (2014), as well as seasonal residents and visitors who rent vacation homes, stay at Røvær Seahouse (Røvær Sjøhus) or the newer Røvær Culture Hotel (Røvær Kulturhotell). The permanent residents who are not retired support themselves principally through farming, fishing, employment at the express boat service, teaching at the island's local school, working at the salmon fish farm, or by commuting to work on the mainland.
During World War II, the island was occupied by German military forces, and there is still a concrete pillbox on Varden, the island's highest point.
Pass By: Feøy, Karmøy, Norway
Feøy is a small island group in Karmøy municipality in Rogaland county, Norway. The 1.3-square-kilometre (0.50 sq mi) island group lies west of the town of Haugesund and the island of Karmøy, southeast of the islands of Røvær, and northeast of the island of Utsira.
The island has 49 permanent residents, plus a number of seasonal residents and visitors who rent vacation homes. The permanent residents who are not retired support themselves either through sheep farming, fishing, or by commuting to jobs on the mainland.
There is an old wharf on Feøy that was converted into the Feøy Brygge, a small meeting house and restaurant that caters meetings and parties.
During World War II, the Germans occupied the small island with troops because the area was an organizing site for resistance workers moving between Norway and Britain.

A fantastic rib ride into magical small serene island communities. Adrenaline ride to and from was a great contrast. Guide was a proud Norwegian who was very knowledgeable. Would recommend
We booked via internet and saved £40 each on the P£O cruise prices.

This trip is simply incredible! I cannot explain how exhilarating it was. Very well organised, given a dry suit, gloves and goggles to keep you warm, and of course a life jacket. The speeds are thrilling. We had Eric for our trip and he was amazing. Very skilled and knowledgeable. I wish I could have done it again!

I booked this as the last trip on our cruise
Booked independently and had excellent booking experience
When we arrived found the team on dock side and the process was swift and organised
Walked 10 mins to their shed and got ready with safety briefing
We then made our way to the rib and were safely put on to the rib in an organised and safe manner
The guide made sure we felt safe at all times as well as taking us to see such beautiful places and provirus with a relevant guide to the area with very interesting information relevant to the place we had stopped
The rib ride was absolutely amazing fast but felt very safe and always felt if it was too much could signal for it to be slowed down
Took an anxious teenager but her smile said it all throughout
Can’t rate this highly enough
Excellent value for money and something different to have a tour as well as the rib ride thank you Viking Adventure great team of people

Booked RIB ride today with Viking Adventures. We were the last trip of the day. Our guide/pilot( sadly never got his name, the guy wearing glasses) of the rib was excellent, very informative and helpful.
His knowledge of the surrounding area and islands was outstanding.
We were made to feel at ease throughout, with our safety paramount.
100% recommend this company and a lot cheaper than booking via P&O.
