Amazing tour guide and wonderful experience for the most part. I just wish the company would have a back up plan if the glacier wasn’t available (the chair lift wasn’t operational due to weather) so all we could do was walk the bridge (which was amazing) and grab hot chocolate. I understand the weather was the factor, I just would’ve liked another option available if the chair lift wasn’t running.

The view from the glacier with all the snow capped mountains surrounding us. And the dog-sled was a great experience too. Bob and Tom were brilliant too of course!

no experience- trip cancelled about 1 hour before pichup on two different occasions. Not happy in which the manner was handled

Our guide Zac was very informative and entertaining. The Glacier 3000 was a great experience for us on Xmas Day. We all loved it.
